First of all try getting the DVD coz its
goes deep into the real life documentary called News From A Personal War. Anyway so the movie is based on a true story and how the director cuts from past, future and present so wicked coz it’ll seem confusing but you still get it all. Basically a story of how Brazilian ghetto life turns nasty over a couple of decades. Cutthroat drug dealing, corruption oh and the weapons. In the documentary they claim their weapons are so much more advance than any other police force/ghetto/even some top-notch armies in the world. Sell drugs, make money, buy weapons from corrupt cop and others to fight other cops and government folk.
