Notes:
– Story of 5 blind men feeling an elephant to identify it and how they all had their own perspective.
– Yoga is not only the physical stretching. Yoga is incomplete without meditation. After the physical you should go in.
– Start looking at the sky for 30 mins. Expand your consciousness.
– People who meditate have a 20 foot world of peace and protection.
– Story of a tablespoon of ink in a glass compared to a lake. Glass signifying alone, lake signifying collectively.
– Story of how good pipes gush with water so similarly be hollow and empty.
– Someone asked about finding the path or the right guru which really struck me as it’s the first time in all the talks I’ve been to where someone asked this but when asked later they just brushed it off as meh just curious. Anyway main point I took from it is that you should go to Shirdi wherever that is and really ask. Then an advocate closest to you will appear.
– Sit on earth for an hour when you feel sick or disconnected. You need to earth yourself. (Mom used to force me to walk barefoot on grass for the same)
– When meditating in the morning do it alone. No one should be around 25 feet of you when you do. Though you can sit with your cat or dog or COW (no not wife). Evening you can sit collectively.
