3 Lessons:
1. How to extract WHAT knowledge you should be sharing.
Your choices are: 
– Career or Business skill e.g. become the best make up artist or manage finance. 
– Life experience e.g. survive divorce, lose weight, good parenting.
– Passion e.g. travelling, gardening, cheese making.

2. Identify WHO wants and needs what you have to offer.
– Smaller is better, when you go narrow you find people that need you.
– Create a Solution Statement. I help ____ with ____. (Don’t worry about getting it perfect, remember, progress over perfection.)

3. Discover HOW you’re going to deliver it.
– Course: Pre-recorded, sell forever, good price and entry point.
– Coaching: Firsthand, one on one, can charge more.
– Mastermind (or Groups): Multiply revenue, collective wisdom, community, charge the most.
Now ask yourself which one would you pick?

Teaching Points (What would you teach)– Break it down into steps, chapters, lessons.- Create a first draft of 6 teaching topics/lessons. What are 6 points you could teach to help someone go faster? (Intro to GG AI)
– Motivational talk about not starting will be more painful than anything else. Not wait to have the things to get started, get started and then you’ll have the things. – Jillian Turecki- Dean’s way is to imagine meeting God and you are shown the life of the person you could have been.- Tony comes on: Focus = Feeling. If you keep thinking negative things it will get to you. Your focus controls your life! You have to have your own business and it shouldn’t have too much capital expenditure (CapEx) so it beats inflation.

Your Breakthrough and Change
– What was your breakthrough? (Personal or business)
– What triggered it? Were you fed up, someone inspired you, you met someone?
– What made lasting change possible? Did someone show you a new way?
– What is life like today as a result? How is your life better today?
– Quote: Complexity is the enemy of execution.

S’s of Real Change in the order of least importance.
Strategy: How to do this? Never let the tyranny of how stop you!
Story: This is what gets in the way of the strategy. I tried everything, wah wah wah. Ok if you tried everything then you’d have found the solution. Your limiting belief will create a blindspot so it’s like you’ve told yourself a lie long enough to believe it. If you don’t have time, look at your phone battery and see how much time you spent on useless apps and social media. It averages to 2.5 hours a day or 67.2 hours a month! So your limiting story can be handled by your…
State: Remember when you were in love and felt like you could face anything? Now make a sound like you’ve been in love or feel it! OHHHH YEAHHH! You’d do anything for the person you love right? After some time that state changes. So start with your state. It controls your story and that in turn controls your strategy. So while you’re in state make a DECISION and ACT on it. Now get yourself in state, get up, jump around and shake it out and say YES a few times. Now think of your decision.

Making the Decision/Goal
– Think of something you want to achieve in the next 6-12 months (18 months max). Could be a certain amount of money, clients, start a business.
– Make it something strong and that excites you. If you had the tools, coach and right things in place, what would you like to achieve?
– Who would you touch and what impact would you have?
– Write down why it is a MUST for you. Everyone gets what they have to have. If you have a REASON strong enough to do anything, the ANSWER will follow.
– What has kept you from changing in the past? What is holding you back and what must change NOW? Is it a limiting belief or bad habit?
– What are 1-2 actions you can take right now to move forward? Can you call someone, send an email, get hold of the right person?
– Think about the next few months and how you are going to feel when you achieve it! Now that you have that vision, celebrate like you’ve already achieved it. State! Stay standing and make a move or bang your chest and say YES!

If you feel stuck
– The same way we can stack our disappointments and failures, we can do so for our successes and positives. Tony talks about something called Heartmath who got nominated for a Nobel prize for their discovery. Fear and anger are other things that mess us up.
– Brain and heart chart showing the disconnect when you’re in a state of frustration vs. the harmony in the state of appreciation.
– So you focus on your heart and think of 3 things you appreciate for 3 minutes. You’ll get back into flow state.
– To get into flow state, think of some unfinished business that you need to do. Pick something that when you focus on it you feel stress to levels of 7-10. Now, while standing, take both your hands and put them over your heart and breathe deeply into your heart. Feel the flow to your heart and the power of your heart. Someone loved you so much they gave you life. Pour gratitude into your heart and what it does for you. Now think of 3 moments where you felt so deeply grateful and step into that place. See what you saw then and use all your senses. What did it sound and smell like? Take your time to really feel it. Once you feel comfortable to move on, stack it with the second moment and then the third. Use your hands to pull into your heart those amazing moments. Bring happy, funny, crazy, loving and all other positive moments. Now take a moment from the future that you are grateful for and make a movie trailer. When you have the vision, reach for it and bring it into your heart with a big YES! Stack another one. Bring in different ones from exciting to sexy. Now for the next 10 seconds keep bring in different moments and pulling them into your heart with a big YES. Make a sound of what all of it stacked together feels like!
– From now on you know how to take back control when you forget and start stacking the wrong things.
– Now go back to thinking of the unfinished thing that was stressing you so much and complete this sentence… all I need to remember/focus on/do is…. the first answer that comes to your heart is the answer.


DAY 2

– Persist until you succeed.
– Choose commitment over convenience.

Jay and Radhi Shetty
– You can’t be a multi-platform person in the beginning.
– Know your genre and understand things that go viral are what make you FEEL something.
– 5 main feelings: Adventure, Humour, Negativity, Inspiration or Surprise.
– Just start, act on it. Don’t wait for perfection.
– Truly care about the 10 to 100 followers you have. You don’t have to have a lot of customers to be successful.
– Don’t waste time on consuming content.

Money Mindset
– Quote: If you don’t think money brings happiness, then you haven’t given enough away.
– If money solves problems and sales makes money. Then sales solves problems.
– Not making a sale becomes an act of disservice if you don’t sell to help and improve other people’s lives.

How to Find your Ideal Client
– If you plant lettuce wont get apples.
– Marketplace: This is where people already go looking for specific things.
– Your Warm Network: Who you know and who they know. Easy to ‘invite’ vs. ‘sell’. 
– Write down the first person you are going to go to. Who will you start with?
– Social media: It’s already there, it’s scalable with the right strategy, easy to implement and consistent sales.
– 3 I’s: 1. Intrigue them in that area. 2. Interact with them. 3. Invite them.
– The posts that get a lot of likes and attention become your ads. Spend the money on the ones that get the most attraction.

Y.E.S. Method
Y: Your message matters. Enter conversations already in their mind. They buy from when they feel understood. Sell what they want but also deliver what they NEED.
E: Elevate your offer. Know their problems and assist in solving them. Know their dreams and goals. Make is so irresistible that they feel silly saying no or what you wish you had. 
S: Sell through service, fall in love with your customer/client/product/service. Fall in love with the outcomes and results they get.

– Focus on the outcome of things. How healthy and how are you going to feel after the workout?
– Pick one and go all in.

Matthew McConaughey
– Personal story and book.
– Look at your own house, community, etc. Then see who needs you to listen to your story.
– Share how you failed and succeeded.
– Become certain of what you don’t know to help your confidence.
– His newsletter is out, poem is out.
– Who’s dreams are you chasing? Is the dream you are chasing worth it?
– Stop stepping in the same pile of sh1t.
– The same way you can keep finding proof of failure you can do to find poor of success.
– In the end, just do it. YOU GOTTA FIND OUT!


DAY 3

Answers top questions
– Now is the right time because you’ve spent enough time supporting others dreams. Don’t miss out on who you’re meant to be.
– Explains how their system works and how it replaces so many other memberships/logins/etc.

Story, Teach, Tool Framework
– Tell a story, teach what to do, provide tools.
Story: I had bad habits, etc. Replacing your habits will change your life.
Teach: How to start taking actions. Give yourself permission to be happy, fail, be successful. Learn how to listen to the right people.
Tool: Give them actions you can take. Make a list of your bad habits that are taking you away from your best self. Circle one and take action on it.

Lisa Nichols
– The main message is quitters never win, and winners never quit.
– No more stinking thinking.
– Convenience and conviction don’t live on the same side of the street.

Exercise
– Write what had to happen for you to have the greatest year of your life. Serving others, making money, freedom, time, travel, etc.
– Why? You need a compelling reason. More time with family, break the cycle, etc.
– How? If you don’t know… Tony and Dean have the how. :)

Gary Brecka
– His breakthroughs were when they were not going to make the mortgage and when he thought he would charge more per hour which didn’t work until he figured a way to send his message to the masses.
– Life is what happens to you while you’re doing something else.
– If you want to shrink your problems, grow your purpose.
– Sleep is your human superpower. He schedules everything around sleep. Have a routine to sleep and wake up.

Tony Robbins
– People are rewarded in public for what they practice in private. (Keep taking the shots)
– As soon as you tell yourself ‘I can’t’ you say ‘you must’.
– The secret to come out of the spin is to focus on where you want to go instead of avoiding where you don’t. An exercise in driving.
– Grab the opportunity while you’re in the state.

After Day 3 (I messed up video from Dean)
– This is for you, this is for them.
– Logic and emotion.
– Mostly fluff and then explains the next levels of payment plans and differences between Mastermind/GG/Etc.
– Choose ROI (Return on investment) vs COI (Cost of inaction)
– Decide today what voice you’re going to listen to… the yes or the buts.
– First step is always scariest. Your first step is saying you’re worth it.
– Your certainty has to be stronger than anyone else.
