Comment: Physical chemistry, mental biology and a touch of spiritual physics. So much was revealed in just one book. You know how you get cliff notes for Shakespeare and stuff… this was exactly that for the self and others. I must say it has a lot in common with AOL. Lots of bits moved me and if I can share I will pretty soon.

Note: If it wasn’t for this book I’d never have realised that I had a really short attention span. See I wasn’t  dumb in class just not ‘captivated’ lol.”
