In this epic work Noongar culture, science, cutting-edge technology and breathtaking artistry come together to celebrate the unique and fragile beauty of South Western Austalia’s landscape.
Huge projectors transform the avenues of Kings Park into an ever-moving canvas, where trees and flowers bloom, flocks of birds descend, wetlands fill, bush fires rage and the stories of the formation of the land unfurl all around you.

SIX SEASONS
Experience the six seasons of the South West through an immersive tunnel of light and sound along Fraser Avenue. The six seasons brought thrillingly to life are:
Mukuru – The season of fertility and the first rains
Djilba – The second rain, wetlands and conception
Kambagarang – Wildflower season, birth and new life
Birak – The first summer, season of youth, warmth and play
Bunuru – The second summer, season of heat, fire and coming of age
Djeran – Adulthood, the season of ripeness, knowledge and maturity
You can participate in Boodja Djena: Ground Beneath Our Feet! This program aims to empower members of the community to take action to bring about change in their immediate neighbourhoods, to protect Western Australia’s unique biodiversity.
